Our pricing is based on a per piece menu with a weekday project minimum of $60 (M-F 9:30 - 5:30)

Weekend and Evening project mininum is $90

  IKEA Pax Systems are priced per individual unit (Frames, doors, drawers..etc...).  Our menu below provides our pricing for these items:

  Pax Kompliment 3 Drawer Units / with handles installed - $50 per

• IKEA Besta

  IKEA Besta  and Besta Framsta (visit our Besta Page to see samples and complete project cost)  is a user configurable system to create an unlimited variety of Semi-Built in Wall units to be used as extra storage or entertainment centers.  They can be free standing on the floor or floating invisibly mounted to a wall.  Combinations can include the use of Framsta to build a wall or Besta unit to hang a flat screen television. The assembly of the system consist of the following:

   

  - Assembly of individual cabinets.

  - Grouping and Installation of the units.

  - Installation of Wall Brackets to "float" your unit or make it look invisibly / seamlessly mounted or built into the wall.

  - For entertainment centers - we cut holes into the cabinets to allow for the routing of electricty and wires for your electronic devices.

  - We mount your Doors and assemble and insert your drawers.

   

  For this service we charge a flat fee of 50% percent of your total purchase price from IKEA (taxes excluded).  No extras cost for materials or time.  We work till the job is done that day!  However in the event that materials are missing, we will have to charge for a return visit.  Please submit your info using our "Get a quote" page so that we can assess your project and tell you what you may need prior to our appointment.

   

  We require a copy of your receipt from IKEA (Email a photo of the total portion of your register recept or MMS to 917-650-3071) and an photo or project plan using the IKEA Besta Planner emailed to us.  Please do not email us the product list or breakdown.  Image and receipt are all we need.

• IKEA Kitchens

  For IKEA Kitchen projects we have a basic menu for pricing:

   

  Cabinet Assembly - Base and Upper - inclusive of drawers,  doors & Handles (except for pantry cabinets) - $99.00 per cabinet

  Pantry Cabinets w/ drawers - $129.00

  IKEA Counter Tops - $15 per foot

  Cut out for sink - $25

  Base Mouding / Kick Panel - $5 per foot

  Side Panels - cut to size and installed - $20 per panel

  Cabinet Modifications - holes for plumbing or electrical - $20 per cabinet

• CB2

  For CB2 Products we charge similarly to IKEA (some items are listed under the IKEA Product tab above).  Items are on a per-finished piece menu with a bit added for unpacking (CB2 packs their items in a substantial amount of styrafoam  material that increases the assembly time and produces an aboundant amount of waste).

   

  Generally a rule of thumb on CB2 Pricing is to add $10 to every similar IKEA product.

• ELFA Installations

  We charge 15% of your total purcahse price of your order from The Container Store.  For removal of old shelving we have the following demolition schedule:

   

  $10 to repair each span of wire shelving removed from drywall.

  $20 to repair each wooden shelf removed from drywall.

  $60 to repair each wooden shelf removed from plaster.

   

  Painting the entire closet is available at a rate of  $25 per sq / foot.
